I’m working as a full stack developer using Ruby on Rails, where we are building and maintaining an accounting, payroll, and tax software product. My responsibilities include developing new features, fixing bugs, and performing code refactoring. Additionally, I’ve been assigned the role of build master, which involves merging and deploying features to production. I also contribute to estimating the effort required for new features. We have daily stand-ups, and our team holds sprint planning and retrospective sessions twice a month.
