DEVCON is the Philippines’ largest volunteer tech community and non-profit org for developers, IT Enthusiasts, and future geeks. It exist to promote collaborative growth and global competence of Filipino developers in the academe and IT industry by providing a unique venue for everyone to Sync, Support, and Succeed.

As VP for Finance, I helped establish and strengthen the organization’s financial foundation by setting up processes for budgeting, accounting, and resource allocation. I was responsible for ensuring transparency and sustainability in our financial operations, managing funds for events and programs, and creating systems that supported DevCon’s growth. Through my role, I contributed to building a stable financial framework that enabled the organization to expand its initiatives and better serve the developer community.
